Nueva Ecija is known for its rice fields and being major producer of rice in the country. In fact, the province was once called the rice granary of the Philippines.
In the past years, several explorations have done by different mountaineering groups and the local government to boost the tourism in Nueva Ecija. Just recently, a new destination is getting a spotlight in social media.
The new talk of the town is called Mount Williams located at Villa Floresta in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.
